Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any item that is sold, whether regular priced or on sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
The only exception for exchange is if the items are defective or damaged.
For this, you need to contact us on the same day of the delivery and submit photos over WhatsApp on 71 770 872. Please note that you will have Store Credit, meaning no refund will be made and only you can replace the defective items with other items from the store.
