Returns/Refund/Cancellation Policy

All Sales are final. We do NOT offer the possibility of returning the items sold for refund or exchange with other items.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Also, any customized order, once confirmed by Customer, cannot be cancelled even if not yet dispatched.
The only exception is when we send the wrong item, i.e. not as per the Customer's order.
For this, you need to contact us on the same day of the delivery and submit photos over WhatsApp on +961 71 770 872. Please note that you will have Store Credit, meaning no refund (cash or credit card) will be made and only you can replace the wrong items with other items from the store unless we are unable to replace (in this case a refund will be processed). We are responsible for all delivery charges incurred in the exceptional situation described here.
