Delivery Policy:

Items will be shipped within 3 business days, via courier.

You could also pick up your items from our shop on the following address:

Ground Floor, 138 Haddad Building, Georges Tabet Street, Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon. Call us for appointment prior to arrival.

We could also meet you at an agreed location to hand over your purchase, if feasible for both you and us.

Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any item that is sold, whether regular priced or on sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
The only exception for exchange is if the items are defective or damaged. 

For this, you need to contact us on the same day of the delivery and submit photos over WhatsApp on 71 770 872. Please note that you will have Store Credit, meaning no refund will be made and only you can replace the defective items with other items from the store.
